The gallery has invited the Washington Guild of Goldsmiths (WGG) to exhibit their members’ work in METALWORK 2010, the Guild's biennial show and sale. This juried event is the premier showcase for their extraordinarily talented members’ recent work, which you are sure to enjoy. The Guild includes artists new to metalworking, those with some years of experience, and many established and highly-regarded metal, jewelry, and enamel artists. Our esteemed Jurors were impressed with the variety of work and the craftsmanship presented.
The WGG exists to promote the fine craft of metalsmithing through shows and education in the form of many outstanding workshops on specific techniques and processes that each member might incorporate into their own work.
The Target Gallery, national
exhibition space of the Torpedo Factory Art Center, is
located on the waterfront in Old Town Alexandria, VA.
