Jean Thompson first studied photography under Ansel Adams. She received an M.F.A. degree from Wright State University, Ohio. She has worked in a number of media. Her work has been shown in many galleries across the United States and Europe including: Cologne, Germany; London, U.K.; Washington, D.C.; Chicago, IL; Philadelphia, PA; New York, NY.
