Rita Ludden has worked in the colored pencil medium for the past twenty years, and two years ago, began drawings in pen and ink of a more abstract style. She still works in colored pencil and is a charter and signature member of the Colored Pencil Society of America (CPSA).
Born in Syracuse NY, she has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Syracuse University and a Master of Fine Arts in painting and art history from Florida State University. Her award winning drawings are included in many public and private collections throughout the US and Europe and in the State Department Art in Embassy Program. |
