I do oil paintings of rural and urban
landscapes, figures in the landscape, and some still lives.
In recent years, I completed a series of 100 paintings of
India, many of markets and people at work. I have also painted
numerous urban and rural landscapes in Argentina and a number
of landscapes in Culpeper and Rappahannock Counties in Virginia.
My signature style is based on transparent
and semi-transparent layers of paint, usually in bright colors.
My India paintings also incorporated a variety of collage
elements.
