Peg
Bruhn was born in Richmond, Virginia and lived in the
midwest and northeast until returning to Virginia in the 1970's.
She attended Rhode Island School of Design and graduated from
SUNY New Paltz with a B.S. in Art Education. She received
an M.A. in Art Therapy from The George Washington University.
She works in oil and acrylic paintings
on canvas or paper and occasionally uses watercolor and other
media for studies and sketches. Her representational landscapes
are done in an expressive style that reflects her personal
response to the places she paints.
Her prices range from $400 to $3,000.
Most of her larger pieces are $1,000 to $2,400.
